Little Sprouts 2-Year Old Program

What is the Little Sprouts Toddler Program?

This class is designed to help your child adjust to, and prepare for, the school experience and possible future enrollment in Tree of Life Lutheran Preschool. Our teacher will gently care for the needs of your little ones so they can move into a preschool setting with ease and positive attitudes about learning, socializing, and interaction with others. Children will be involved in active and quiet play including crafts, games, stories, and songs with new activities every week.

The Little Sprouts Toddler Program is open to children who are 2-years-old by September 1, 2020. The class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-11:00 AM. Class starts on the Tuesday after Labor Day and runs through the end of May. The program follows the Lake Zurich District 95 school year calendar.

Cost for the program is $98 per month, along with a with a $25 registration fee to hold a spot for your child. Please send along a snack and drink for your child each day of class.

Note: Pull-ups are permissible, the teacher does not change children during class.

DCFS has declared our program license exempt.

  • 9:15 - 9:30 - Arrival / Free Play

  • 9:40 - 9:55 - Free Play
  • 9:55 -10:05 - Jesus Time
  • 10:05 -10:20 - Wash Hands and Snack
  • 10:20 -10:35 - Outdoor Play or Indoor Free Play
  • 10:35 -10:45 - Storytime
  • 10:45 -10:55 - Craft Time
  • 10:55 -11:00 - Closing Prayer and Goodbye Song

[Mrs Rachel]

Mrs. Rachel Andrews is the instructor for the Little Sprouts Toddler Program for the 2020-21 school year. Mrs. Rachel has a degree in Elementary Education from North Central College in Naperville, IL. She is a classroom helper at Tree of Life Lutheran Preschool and is both teacher and director qualified in Early Childhood through DCFS.
